ResponsivenessYou should expect a response to a phone call or email within 24 hours. The only exception may be on weekends when most DJs are at events. You should also have a direct line of communication with your DJ, i.e. their phone number, email, etc.
-
CustomizationYour DJ should tailor the music for your event to your tastes. Your DJ should also have the musical knowledge, song selection, and willingness to play any genre of music you want for your event.

They work seamlessly with planners, caterers, photographers, and other vendors. Our DJs are always professionally dressed and ensure that their equipment area is clean and well-maintained. They arrive early to set up all equipment before guests arrive.
-

We understand that plans can change, sometimes at the last minute, and we are always ready to adapt to any changes in the timeline or schedule to ensure your event runs smoothly.

-
Do you play requests?I do take requests and play most of them. I “filter” requests, meaning I do not play a song that you specifically asked me not to play or music from a genre you asked the me not to play. If someone makes a request that fits in well with what i am playing at the time and with the music that you want, then I will play the request. Also i will not nessarly play the requested song right away but will eventuly play the requested song, as I am trying to keep the tempo and vibe of the dance floor.
-
Can i pick songs for you to play? You are able to pick which songs you definitely want to hear, and ones you do not want to hear, for your event. We have an online planning system which has in part, our music planner where you can make your song lists. or you are albe to send me a link to you music service (ie... Spotfiy, Google Play, Apple Music.) where there is a playlist that you whould like to hear at your event.
-
Can we bring are own music for you to play?Sure, but i would like to get the music file(s) in advance of the event. If doing this please consider the audience attending your event.
-
What are the payment terms for booking your services?A deposit is required at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due two weeks before the event. Payments can be made through our online planning system using a credit card, PayPal account, or via e-transfer.
-
Do i tip you?I do not include gratuity in the final contract price. I whould rather an awsome review over a tip but if you are feeling generous, any gratuity would be greatly appreciated, but it is entirely up to you.
-
Do you Play Overtime if Needed?Yes, i am able to play past the contracted time only if i do not have a later event booked that evening or night (which is extremely rare). I am able to accept payment for overtime via e-transfer or cash. Overtime rates vary by package, but i will discuss overtime rates with you prior to your event.
-
When should we book a DJ?A good time frame is at least 9 months before the event. However, there might be a small chance that I am available for last minute events, if i am not booked for an event already.
-
Is it necessary to provide a meal for the DJ?Providing a meal for the DJ is not required in the contract and is entirely up to you. While it is appreciated, it is not expected.
-
What services do you offer? We offer DJ services for weddings (ceremony and reception) and private events in addition to lighting (Uplighting & Dance Floor Lighting). and many more options in the extras page.
-
How many songs should i pick for you to play? You can select as many songs as you would like to hear, and as many songs you dont want to hear. Some clients will give me 50+ songs, some maybe 10, so it is totaly up to you. I would recomend you give me at least 10-15 songs of different genres and artists you would like to hear, as well as songs/artists you don’t. So I can have an idea of what music you’d like for youre event. I will play any kind of music you would like and will not play anything that is on your "Do Not Play list". During your initial consultation, I will ask about your music preferences.
-
Do you have samples of you work?I do not have any DJ mixes, as each event i do is unique to that client. However upon request I can provied a mix.
